Ewa Farna (born 12 August 1993 in Třinec) is a Polish teen pop singer from the Czech Republic. She was born in Třinec (Trzyniec) and now lives in Vendryně (Wędrynia). Ewa Farna hails from the Polish minority in Zaolzie.
In 2006, she won the "Revelation of the year" award at Český slavík (Czech Nightingale) music awards.
