Evrymenes or Evrimenes (Greek: Ευρυμενές) is a municipality in the northeastern portion of the Larissa Prefecture, Greece. Population 2,428 (2001). The seat of the municipality is in Stomio. It is the location of the ancient city and was known as Eurymenae (Erymnae).

Its geography is the treacherous mountains that are forested and grassy to the southwest that no road passes except for the superhighway, farmlands of the Tempe or Tembi Valley is to the north in where the Pineios River flows and it is its principal river. More mountains lies to the northwest and the Aegean Sea is directly to the east. The GR-1 and the E75 (Athens - Larissa - Thessaloniki is currnetly under construction and will contain four additional lanes totaling six and tunnels and will open somewhere around 2011.

The most important ancient cities of Magnesia in the area of the Municipality of Evrymenes were: Eurymenae or Erymnae (near the modern city Stomio), Homolium (Homolion) or Homole (near the modern village Omolio) , Rhizus or Rhizous (near the modern village Kokkino Nero).
