Evrofinance

Evrofinans Mosnarbank (Russian: ОАО АКБ «Еврофинанс Моснарбанк») is a large Russian bank created in 2003 as a merger of the banks Evrofinans and Mosnarbank. Its headquarters are in Moscow.

Evrofinans (Eurofinance) was founded in 1993 by reorganization of the Evrofinans financial company registered in 1990 by Soviet-owned Banque Commerciale pour l'Europe du Nord – EUROBANK (BCEN-EUROBANK, Paris) and Vneshekonombank (Moscow).

Mosnarbank was established in 1995 as a 100% subsidiary of Russian-owned Moscow People Bank Ltd. (London).
