It is the combination of two promotional images from the The Longest Journey game series (one already on Wikipedia [the April Ryan article], and the other from a fan-site [1]). This picture now shows how the character design of April Ryan has developed from the original game (The Longest Journey), to its sequel (Dreamfall). I combined the pictures myself, and hereby allow it to be used on any The Longest Journey/Dreamfall related articles, specifically the April Ryan article. I feel it is covered by the fair use rationale law because: both of the images I used were originally promotional pictures from the publisher and therefore promote the games themself, and it is solely used to convey the point of character design evolution and doesn't limit the copyright owners' rights to sell the game.
