[edit] Image:Wireless.png listed for deletion
An image or media file that you uploaded or altered, Image:Wireless.png, has been listed at Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion. Please look there to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in its not being deleted. Thank you. [edit] Golden Sun Universe
This is a bit of an attempt at getting more people into this site, but here goes: There is now a separate Wiki devoted entirely to Golden Sun. If you're interested in joining, don't hesitate to go in there and edit away, 'cause right now it seems that I am one of three users actually working on it. Thanks for reading. [edit] New WikiProject Illinois Collaboration Division
Hey, saw you were a participant in the Illinois WikiProject. I thought I would let you know that there is a new Collaboration Division up for the project. The goal of the division is to select an article or articles for improvement to Good article standard or higher. There is a simple nomination process, which you can check out on the division subpage, to make sure each candidate for collaboration has enough interested editors. This is a good way to get a lot of articles to a quality status quickly. Please consider participating. More details can be seen at the division subpage. IvoShandor 11:20, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Thanks
Noticed the sweet little revision you made to the Trevor Belmont page. Thanks, I keep getting someone putting some awkwardly-worded assertions about Alucard being Trevor's dad in the Castlevania articles (as if the article doesn't cover that anyhow). Again, thanks for your help.

[edit] Talk
I think the transcription of "talk" would be /tɔːk/ as opposed to what you've placed in your signature on some pages. Maybe a dark L would be in there after the vowel... but most likely not because the L doesn't sound like the L in "mall"... Either way I'm pretty sure it's not /tɑːk/ because that sounds like the German "Tag".
Just thought you should know.RedAugust 01:42, 20 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Wtwo.png
Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Wtwo.png. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. After Midnight 0001 20:35, 26 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Orphaned non-free image (Image:Wtwo.png)
Thanks for uploading Image:Wtwo.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 06:00, 4 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Edit summary
Hello. Please don't forget to provide an edit summary, which wasn't included with your recent edit to Console role-playing game. Thank you.

[edit] Backward/Backwards
In this edit, you say that backwards is an adverb, which is true. But compatible is an adjective, so isn't an adverb exactly what is called for? Regards, Ben Aveling 10:31, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
- I know that. But having substituted compatible for compatibility, it is valid to substitute backwards for backward if it sounds better, which to me it does. (Of course, English is as she is spoke, but anyway.) Regards, Ben Aveling 19:48, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Windows XP Itanium logo.png
Thanks for uploading Image:Windows XP Itanium logo.png. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 03:21, 12 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Major -- de Coverl(e)y
You moved Major ---- de Coverley to Major —— de Coverly. My copy of the book says "Coverley" (but it's admittedly a Finnish translation). Are you sure "Coverly" is right? I hesitate to move it back. Muad (talk) 17:03, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
