In a speech, @ Santa Fe, on Democracy Now!, Worldlink, Mr. Flannery has said that the sort of regulations applied to Evinrude led them to improve in relation to global warming, & that this sort of regulation should apply to other industry.

He, also, discussed John_Winston_Howard, & when he referenced cholera, he implied John_Snow_(physician), w/o specifying that name.
