Evin (Evîn, Avîn), a popular Kurdish female name, which means 'love'. It can also be spelt 'Avin'. 'Evindar', in Kurdish language it means one who is in love.
Computer software
- eVIN, "Enterprise Volume Information Network", a field data capture software system used in the oil industry to capture pressures and volumes needed for accounting and engineering on oil and gas wells. Originally written by software developer Darren Beeksma, this software is now developed, maintained and marketed by Merrick Systems, Inc. of Houston, TX.
