Evgeny Velikhov, Soviet physicist and the vice-president of the Soviet Academy of Sciences, at the 1st IYPT (Moscow, Soviet Union). This image was available until 2004 at http://www.pms.ru/images and comes from the personal archive of Evgeny Yunosov, the founder of Young Physicists' Tournament.
The copyright owner is, likely, Evgeny Yunosov.
A free replacement of this image is not available, as it is rare and shows an old event. It is believed that this photo is necessary to illustrate early IYPTs.
