Everest Catholic High School

Everest Catholic High School will be a private, Roman Catholic high school in Clarkston, Michigan. It is located within the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Detroit, and it is planned to open in August 2008.[1]

Everest Academy opened in 1991 as a grade school and will expand to a high school starting in the fall of 2008.[2] The co-educational high school offers a gender specific approach, an approach being advocated by some experts.[3] Everest uses a method of education of called Integral Formation(SM), developed by the Legionaries of Christ. The school is located on a 90-acre campus north of Detroit.[4]
