The Evangelical Missionary Society of Mayurbhanj EMSM was established in 1895 at the instance of the then the Maharaja of Mayurbhanj^[1]. It is a registered NGO in India.^[2] The society is also registered in Australia. The society also runs The Mayurbhanj Leprosy Home since 1982.^[3]
