Evan Jones

Evan Jones is an American actor. He spent part of his life in South Carolina, United States. He received his first part in the 1998 TV movie On the Line which also starred rapper and actor Coolio. His most memorable parts to date have been his roles as Cheddar Bob in Eminem's movie 8 Mile and PFC Dave Fowler in the movie Jarhead starring Jamie Foxx and Jake Gyllenhaal. He portrayed basketball coach Moe Iba in the film Glory Road.
He is co-starring in the ABC series October Road.

On June 23, 2007, the Dr Pepper, 7-Up ballpark in Frisco, Texas, hosted the Reebok 2007 Heroes Baseball Game, with proceeds going to charity. Invited players consisted of professional athletes and other celebrities. Though Evan Jones was scheduled to play and was announced in the pre-game introductions, for reasons unknown he chose not to participate in the home run derby or the actual baseball game itself.
