Eva Henning

Eva Henning (May 10, 1920- ) is a Swedish stage and movie actress, born in Newark, New York, U.S..

Henning was trained at the Royal Dramatic Theatre's acting school (1938-40) in Sweden. Henning is most famous for her leading roles in many of husband Hasse Ekmans films in the 1940s and 50s.

Henning was married to Swedish film director and actor Hasse Ekman 1946-53. Henning is a stepdaughter to the Swedish stage actor Uno Henning. Henning has one daughter named Fam Ekman. As of 2005, Henning lives in Oslo, Norway.
