Eustace Roskill, Baron Roskill

Eustace Wentworth Roskill, Baron Roskill PC (6 February 1911 – 4 October 1996) was a British lawyer and public servant.

Roskill, educated in Exeter College, Oxford, became a member of the Privy Council in 1971 and was Lord Justice of Appeal from 1971 to 1980. On 15 April 1980, he was appointed Lord of Appeal in Ordinary and made additionally a life peer as Baron Roskill, of Newtown in the County of Hampshire.
