Hi, it would be good to get this up to GA like where the other institution articles are heading, but I am terrible with law. If anyone has expertise in this and can bring this up to scratch with full citations, I'll work on anything else I can. - J Logan ^t/_c: 21:34, 11 July 2007 (UTC)
