The 12th Eurovision Young Musicians final was held at the Culture and Congress Centre in Lucerne, Switzerland on May 27, 2004.
There were 16 participants in total, and seven of these were selected to perform in the televised final. The finalists were accompanied by Lucerne Symphony Orchestra under leading of Christian Arming.
