The European Covered Bond Council (ECBC) is a platform for covered bond market participants which brings together covered bond issuers, analysts, investment bankers, rating agencies and a wide range of interested market participants.
The ECBC was created by the European Mortgage Federation (EMF) in November 2004. As of October 2006, the Council has over 80 members, ranging from 16 different European countries and different market segments.
