European Commissioner for Health & Consumer Protection

The Commissioner for Health & Consumer Protection is the former post in the European Commission. It is now split into separate portfolios for Health and Consumer Protection since Romania and Bulgaria joined the European Union in 2007. There is still a joint Directorate-General for Health and Consumer Protection however.
