The European Agency for Reconstruction manages the EU's main assistance programmes in Serbia (including Kosovo), Montenegro and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. The Agency with its headquarters in Thessaloniki, Greece has operational centres in Pristina, Belgrade, Podgorica and Skopje. Since its creation in the aftermath of the Kosovo crisis, the Agency has handled a portfolio of almost three billion euros.
