Eurhythmics (the first title of the method «faire les pas», then named as Rhythmic Gymnastics, and finally renamed as Rhythmics in order not to mix the method with any kind of sport) is a method of learning and experiencing music through movement, a strong system of the music education, was devised by Emile Jaques-Dalcroze.
