A Four-lined Skink (Eumeces tetragrammus). Photo source: [1], courtesy of the Austin Water Utility. They say:
- ...photographs from the Balcones Canyonlands Preserve taken by staff to by used for educational purposes.
- Please use these shots and credit the photographer.
Two points:
- I guess Wikipedia qualifies as "educational purpose".
- This picture has no photographer mentioned on the Austin Water Utility web page.
