[edit] About the username
Eulen is a German word for owls. Athena had an owl on her shoulder, and this is the reason why owls signify wisdom under the ancient Greek belief system.
[edit] About me
I'm a Spanish student of law at the University of Santiago de Compostela, and I also studied some computer science at the University of Leeds School of Computing. I hope to bring some knowledge and skills to Wikipedia, specially in the areas of Law and Computer Science, as I support the FSF and consider this an important extention of the principles of free software.
My actual name off-net is David Picón Álvarez, and elsewhere on the net I could be known as modulus or eleuteri. My weblog, Information Unlimited, is my main web presence at the moment.
Before going to University at Leeds, I took the International Baccalaureate at an international school in Norway, the Red Cross Nordic United World College, part of the UWC movement, a movement dedicated to international education as a basis for social justice. I still conserve friends from that time.
