Burns was the first correspondent to report on the attack as Pearl Harbor and was assigned to the U.S.S. Enterprise as an AP correspondent during the early part of America's involvement in WW II. I have more information about him that I will enter when I can.--Ggeller 04:05, 3 September 2007 (UTC)
