Description

Medal of Honor recipient Retired U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Eugene Fluckey (left), receives recognition from U.S. Navy Vice Adm. Charles Munns, Commander, Naval Submarine Forces, at the Arbor Nursing Home, located in Annapolis, Md., on Nov. 27, 2006. Fluckey received the Medal of Honor for gallantry as commanding officer of attack submarine USS BARB (SS 220) in 1944.
