Eugene Washington

Eugene Washington (born August 7, 1974) is a British actor of stage, film and television born in Hammersmith, London, England, UK.

He appeared in the 2006 season of Doctor Who in an episode entitled "School Reunion", playing an unusually frightening maths teacher named Mr Wagner.

He was in the cast for the world premiere of Howard Brenton's play Paul at the Royal National Theatre. Other stage work includes Powerless at the Barons Court Theatre and the title role in Othello for Oddsocks.

In January 2007, Washington was cast in the Bill Kenwright touring production of Agatha Christie's The Unexpected Guest, as Henry Angell, alongside Casualty's Simon MacCorkindale and EastEnders' Dean Gaffney, making him the first black actor to star in a professional Agatha Christie play in the UK.
