Eugene Township is one of five townships in Vermillion County, Indiana. As of the 2000 census, its population was 1,945.

Eugene Township covers an area of 35.44 square miles and contains one incorporated settlement, Cayuga, as well as the community of Eugene. According to the USGS, it contains five cemeteries: Brown, Eugene, Groenendyke, Isle and Patrick.
