Eugene Frenke

Eugene Frenke (1 January 1907) is a Russian-born film producer, director and writer. He is at present the earliest living director of a feature film Life Returns (1935). He twice collaborated with the director John Huston on the films Heaven Knows, Mr. Allison and The Barbarian and the Geisha.
He was married to fellow Russian actress Anna Sten from 1932 till her death in 1993. She appeared in a number of his films.
