Eugene Dynarski (born September 13, 1932) is an American actor. Three of the most popular projects he has been involved were two Steven Spielberg films: Duel and Close Encounters of the Third Kind, and Westwood Studios landmark computer game Command & Conquer: Red Alert, arguably the most popular real-time strategy title ever made.
In 1971's Duel, Dynarski had a small role as a truck driver in a cafe. In Command & Conquer: Red Alert, Dynarski plays a major supporting role as Soviet Premier Joseph Stalin, appearing throughout much of the game's Soviet campaign and to a lesser extent, the Allied campaign, too.
Eugene Dynarksi has also appeared in numerous television shows. He is one of only 32 actors or actresses to have starred in both the original Star Trek films (up to and including Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country) and then in one of the series' spin offs.
Monkees fans will remember Dynarski as the Dragonman's sidekick, Toto, in the episode titled "Monkee Chow Mein" (air date: 3/13/67).
The last movie Dynarski has appeared in to date is Apple Jack as Helmut Jitters.
