Eugene Colson was part of the Belgian resistance–the White Brigade during the second world war. Eugene Colson and the White Brigade worked closely with the Canadians in securing Antwerp. Denis and Shelagh Whitaker (Canadian military) paid tribute to Eugene Colson and his men for all their help during the WWII.
