Eugen Stahl Schmidt (February 17, 1862 – October 7, 1931) was a Danish shooter, athlete, and tug of war competitor. He competed at the 1896 Summer Olympics in Athens and at the 1900 Summer Olympics in Paris.
In the 1896 military rifle event, Schmidt tied for twelfth place with Spiridon Stais at 845 points. Schmidt hit the target 12 times out of his 40 shots.
In 1896 Schmidt also competed in the 100 metres event, finishing fourth in his heat and not advancing to the final.
In the 1900 Summer Olympics, Schmidt was a member of the Danish/Swedish gold medal winning tug of war team.
