Eude Ezequiel Brito (born August 19, 1978, in Sabana de la Mar, Dominican Republic) is a pitcher in Major League Baseball who is currently in the New York Mets organization. He made his Major League debut on August 21, 2005 with the Philadelphia Phillies. He was 1-2 for the Phillies in 2005 with a 3.68 ERA. He started the 2006 season by pitching for the Dominican Republic in the World Baseball Classic. Brito then was with Scranton of the International League before being recalled by the Phillies on June 3. After losing his first two starts, he was sent back down to Scranton on June 9.
In December 2007, Brito signed a minor league contract with the Washington Nationals. He began the 2008 season with the Double-A Harrisburg Senators before being promoted to Triple-A, but was released on April 16, 2008. On April 22, 2008, he signed a minor league contract with the New York Mets.
