Euastacus jagara is a species of crayfish in the family Parastacidae. It is endemic to Australia.

Euastacus jagara is a crayfish species restricted to the Mistake Mountains in the State of Queensland Australia. The streams inabited by the species are surrounded by Upland Subtropical Rainforest.
