Is Sid Uamuin Ethal's wife? my copy of the Aislinge Oenguso says, in reference to Caer: "Cáer Ibormeith daughter of Ethal Anbúail from Síd Uamuin in the province of Connachta." Does this mean that Sid Uamuin is her mother or that Sid Uamuin is the name of the particular place in Connacht from which her father hails? After all, Bodb the Red's palace is called Sid ar Femuin.
