Ethiopia will compete in the 2008 Summer Olympics which will be held in Beijing, People's Republic of China from August 8 to August 24, 2008.

Boxing
Ethiopia qualified one boxer for the Olympic boxing tournament. Getachew qualified in the flyweight class at the first African qualifying tournament.[1]
