The record label listed on the album is Dream Corpse records, but currently it is not a "real" label. On March 18, 2008, bassist Brent Ashley posted this statement as part of a blog on the band's MySpace page[1]:

"There is no record label (OH.MY.GOD! WHAT?) there is no warehouse, no factory, no employees (with the exception of our manager, booking agent, etc.) working for this band. It’s fictional, make believe, DOES NOT EXIST but in order to get excepted [sic] for many things in the music business world like bar codes, soundscans and what not you need to have a label name (lame, i know) so Johnny [Haro] pulled the name Dream Corpse out of his ass and we ran with it. One day I hope it does turn into something but right now it’s nothing more than a logo and a myspace page."

The MySpace page for the aforementioned record label is http://www.myspace.com/dreamcorpserecords

.

The single from the album that was most promoted by the band was "Sticks & Stones." It received airplay on the satellite radio station XM SquiZZ.
