[edit] Copyvio, POV, sourcing

Almost every word from the "Purpose" section was taken (without crediting the source) from the sorority's official website. Also, there was all this "shining their lights" type stuff, which when not in the context of a direct quote, sounds very POV.

So, I've taken the liberty of slightly rewriting and very much reformatting that section: quotes are now formatted as such, and attributed to the sorority's website. I also removed a portion of the quote that was in between the two current quoted sections, becuase it served very little purpose and served mostly to puff up the sorority. I think the current section is much better, without the less-necessary POVish statements and with quotes actually attributed.

However, I have yet to find a source for the following statement:

The national board of Eta Iota Sigma has decided that it will not establish a chapter at any school where another Christian sorority already exists.

So I have tagged it with {{Fact}}. Their own website does not appear to state anything of the sort - anywhere. If you can provide a source for that statement, please do! 4.235.69.30 20:58, 19 September 2006 (UTC)
