ETA Star Properties is a group company of ETA Ascon, one of Dubai’s oldest and most reputed business houses. It was established as a joint venture between the Al Ghurair Group, Dubai and Amana Investments, Hong Kong in 1973. The group today holds interests in 140 entities in diverse businesses like construction, shipping, retail, transport and education. The group has associate offices in over 21 countries, employs over 66,000 people and has recorded consolidated revenue pegged at over USD 5 billion.
Started in 2001, ETA Star Properties is one of the largest private real estate developers in the Middle East with over 30 million sq. feet. Under development in residential, hospitality, commercial, mixed use properties and SEZs.
ETA Star Properties’ residential projects include: Verde, Dubai Maritime Cities first green residences; Dubai Lifestyle City, Centre Court; Gold Crest Dreams 2 and 3; Jasmine Court; Golden Enclave Ascon Residences; The Grandeur Residences; The Gardens; The Belvedere; Gold Crest Views; 23 Marina, The Centrium, and the Pearl Residence.
