[edit] My Politics
I'm telling my beliefs because I believe a Wikipedian must have his "biases" known by other Wikipedians. I do my best in upholding neutrality in editing Wikipedia. If somebody finds my edits bias, I don't get upset. I even encourage them to point where I'd gone wrong. That way, I can improve the neutrality of my edits.
- Liberal
- Left-leaning
- Pro-death penalty
- Believes that the communists have a point
- Believes that globalization will just make the rich, richer and the poor, poorer.
- Believe that democracy has many lapses.
- Believes in internationalism
- Believes that Philippine languages should be preserved
- Believes that enviromentalism must take central stage in politics
- Respects Jose Maria Sison and Nur Misuari
- Strongly hates apathy
- Believes that capitalism largely benefits the rich only.
- Believes that United States has a negative impact on our world.
- Believes in extreme secularism -Philippine laws are biased towards the Catholics. Pornography, sex education, euthanasia, contraceptives and divorce should be legalized and supported by our laws. Atheists and protestants are the main victims of Philippines' Catholic-influenced laws.
- Believes that Church should not influence public officials in their decisions. The Church should limit its preaches to its members. The Church is the number one violator of every Filipino's right to equal treatments on religions.
- I'm not a Catholic. I'm a non-religionist (note: I'm not an Atheist).
- Believes Spratly Islands nearest Philippines and Scarborough Shoal are Philippine territories.
- Believes Sabah is a Philippine territory.
- Believes that our constitution should be amended to reinstall the Sultanate of Sulu. The past and present Sultans of Sulu have impressed me for their continuous stand of not selling Sabah to Malaysia (Most people don't know this: Malaysia is still paying the Sultan of Sulu a total of 5300 Ringgits annually as rent). Though they had grave financial troubles (because they receive nothing from the Philippine government and the rent is very small), they have still managed to bring their message across the globe. They make travels abroad (to Brunei, China, etc.) by riding on the cheapest planes and ships. The Sultan and his staff make travels around the Philippines in jeepneys, with all of them crowded like canned sardines inside. Reinstatement of the Sultan will give Bangsamoro a new sense of pride and hope. This will end the hostilities currently occurring in Mindanao. The Sultans of Sulu were in general friendly with the Philippine government. It's time for the Philippines to pay back.
- Proponent of the union as one nation of all the former territories of the Spanish East Indies which includes the Philippines, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands and Guam.
- Open to a possible merger of the only two Catholic countries in Asia, Philippines and East Timor.
- Believes Gloria Arroyo must step down.
- Believes that Raul Gonzales is crazy. UP students are far principled, intelligent, critical thinker than he is.
[edit] My Current Major Wikipedia Projects
- Authored. Still being improved especially in referencing and neutrality.
- Authored. Almost finished.
- Authored. However, I started it very poorly. Numerous edits by other users are still insufficient. Lacks citations. Currently, I'm hooked with the first article above because it has {{POV}} and {{Refimprove}} tags.
Also, I regularly watch several other articles in Wikipedia. I also make some minor edits in other articles.
[edit] Future Wikipedia Projects
- an article summarizing the different secessionist or rebel groups in the Philippines.
- an article about Jabidah Massacre.
- an article that comprehensively discusses the basis of claims of different countries in Spratly Islands.
- I finished the Philippine claim so far. Still researching on other countries'. Hope that Chinese, Vietnamese and Malaysian Wikipedians will help.
- improving the article for Bangsamoro, MNLF and MILF.
- an article about the Magdalo mutineers.
- an article about UP activism.
- an article about Reed Bank and Benham Rise.
I reserve the right to remove any of the above without prior notice. :-(

Don'ts in Spratly edits
These are things I suggest should not be done by Wikipedians in editing Spratly-related articles:
- Don't add a {{country-geo-stub}} on features not claimed by that country. Example, Sin Cowe is placed with Brunei-geo-stub but it isn't claimed by Brunei. Same goes for Country Wikiprojects.
My Proposed naming standard for Spratly Islands
I have once moved "Thitu Island" to "Pagasa Island (Thitu Island)", "West York Island" to "Likas Island (West York Island)" and "Itu Aba Island" to "Taiping Island (Itu Aba Island)". All of those were reverted by User:AjaxSmack saying that these moves are controversial. Please click here for further discussion.
