I've removed the following text from the page (which seems to me to have been added at the last revision) :

"In 2003, Sandra Sparks, an artist and musician living in the southern United States, discovered that she is possibly the reincarnation of Esther Kenworthy Waterhouse, with much visual and anecdotal evidence to support her claim. The information regarding this discovery is located at http://home.earthlink.net/~waterhousewitch/esther"

This seems to be a piece of pure speculation (even if reincarnation wasn't a contentious idea, itself). Even if it was a speculation of some reknown, it would need to be rephrased into neutral language, more fitting such a claim. As it doesn't even seem to me to rise to that level of "noteworthiness", I've simply removed it.
