Talk:Ester Boserup
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Boserupian is totally different to Malthusian, her view has a positive impact on the population growth. She believed that population grwoth causes agricultural growth because when something(food) starts to run out we will ;invent' or innovate our way to solve the problem. For example, human invented farming because we were starting to run out of hunted food. Thedrefore population growth can cause the running out of food but also make human invent something new which makes human more civilised. Neo-Malthusian argued that Boserupian totally ignore the environmental impact of population and agricultural growth. (Edited by Felix Leung)

I've put a redirect to the fuller page for the commonly mispelt name especcially with languages without accents!82.69.64.163 (talk) 13:58, 14 February 2008 (UTC)
== böserup versus boserup
i think someone should try to merge the info from the ester boserup page with the ester böserup one, whitout messing up the spelling again. Böserup is wrong, period. sadly i am not competent to contribute to more than that. is there anyone out there willing to take care that the ester boserup page really is as informative and serious as possible? and please stop with the silly vandalism, whoever you are. get a life! cheers--Ludo86 (talk) 21:53, 24 February 2008 (UTC)--Ludo86 (talk) 08:24, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
