Esteghlal Shahrdari Rasht (Persian: استقلال رشت) was an Iranian football club based in Rasht, Gilan that participated in Iranian Football Leagues from 1983-2002.

Esteghlal Rasht spent a number of seasons in the lower leagues of Iranian football but came to the top level and finishing 10th in the 2001-02 season. The next season proved to be disastrous for the team, they were managed by Nasser Hejazi, but finished 13th in the standings.
