Estadio Olimpico is a multi-use stadium in Caracas, Venezuela. As a part of the Ciudad Universitaria of Caracas it is a World Heritage Site, named by the UNESCO. The stadium is also used for various sports, cultural and entertainment events. It is the home stadium for the Caracas football teams Deportivo Italia and Caracas FC

It was opened in 1950 during the government of Marcos Pérez Jiménez for the Bolivarian Games in 1951. In 2005 it was named a venue for the Copa America 2007, for which the stadium underwent a renovation. Its seating capacity was increased from 27,000 to 38,000.

The stadium is one of the many sports complexes in the Ciudad Universitaria de Caracas. This university campus designed by Carlos Raúl Villanueva was built between 1940 and 1960. It is an outstanding example of modern architecture. The campus integrates a number of buildings and functions into a cohesive ensemble, and includes such masterpieces as the Aula Magna with the "Clouds" by Alexander Calder, the Estadio Olimpico, and the Covered Plaza.
