From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Estádio Ildo Meneghetti, usually known as Estádio dos Eucaliptos was a football stadium located in Menino Deus neighborhood, Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. The stadium had a maximum capacity of 20,000 people and was built in 1931.

Estádio dos Eucaliptos was owned Sport Club Internacional. The stadium was nicknamed after Chácara dos Eucalitpos (meaning Eucalyptus' Ranch), which is the place where the stadium was built. Its formal name honors Ildo Meneghetti, who was a president of Internacional and an engineer.

Nowadays there are football fields made of synthetic turfs available for rent in the stadium.
