Estádio José Alvalade (old)

Estádio José Alvalade was a multi-use stadium located at the Olympiaweg in Lisbon, Portugal. It was used mostly for football matches and hosted the home matches of Sporting Clube de Portugal. The stadium was able to hold 52,800 people and opened in 1956. It was closed in 2003 when the new Estádio José Alvalade opened.
