Purpose of use

Logo from the 2006 congress website of the European Society for Philosophy and Psychology. I assume this falls under fair use, because "the image itself is significant to the article" and as with the example of corporate logos "no free alternative could reasonably be created." If I'm wrong, feel free to take it down, and to let me know of my mistake on the talk page for User:DarTar

  1. This image is a low-resolution image of an organization's logo.
  2. The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of topics in the article.
  3. This image does not limit the copyright holder's ability to profit from the original source, nor will it dilute the importance or recognition of the logo in connection with its organization.
  4. This image enhances the article in which it's displayed, as it provides an immediate relevance to the reader more capably than the textual description alone.
  5. Use of the organization's logo visually identifies the organization and its products in a manner that mere prose cannot, and meets all criteria in WP:NFCC.
Replaceable?

Not replaceable; logos are always presumed non-free.
