[edit] Hi there

I just wanted to say that I came across the AfD for your article, and I'd like to commend you on your response that was mature, calm and considered. Given the number of people who think the rules should be rewritten to keep their article, and provide such credible arguments as "OMG STFU OF COURSE MY YOUTUBE VIDEO IS NOTABLE", it is so refreshing to see someone accept the notability guidelines, understand that Wikipedia is not the free-for-all that it may appear on first glance, and best of all suggest that you may consider making further contributions in areas you are knowledgable.

Since Escape Technology appears to not merit a Wikipedia article (at least, not yet - if you do gain sufficient notability I'm sure there will be little resistance to a recreation of the article), may I suggest the possibility of an alternative outlet? We have a page entitled Wikipedia:Why was my page deleted? which includes a section "If all else fails, try another wiki". While I can't guarantee that any of the options listed there is actually suitable, there's a reasonable chance you can find another place to advertise your organisation, which won't be as high-traffic as Wikipedia, but where the article is actually likely to survive.

As for you contributing in other ways to Wikipedia, please do. If you want some advice as to where to start, or how to help, feel free to ask a question on the Help desk, or on my talk page. Thanks, Confusing Manifestation 00:52, 3 October 2007 (UTC)
