This photo is a cover from the book Eucharistic Mysteries and Homelies by Msgr. Escrivá de Balaguér; Echevarría, J. (2003). Homelias eucaristicas de San Josemaria Escriva de Balaguer. Navarra: University Press. It is a photograph from 1971 of Escrivá privately saying Holy Mass according to the traditional Roman (Latin) Rite. It is allowed for use due to it being a book cover. It is in a section of an article describing the book, its title and the author of the book on the subject of Fr. Josemaria Escriva de Balaguer. There is no alternative for this image to this section and it therefore fits in here very well and is allowed to be used under the Fairuse guarantee for book covers.
