This is an image of a magazine logo to be used in a Wikipedia article for the purposes of identification and critical commentary regarding the magazine itself. Furthermore, the use of this image is encouraged by Escape Pod to help "spread the word" (source). This qualifies as fair use under U.S. copyright law.
