Escape from Scorpion Island is a BBC children's adventure TV game, first aired on 3 September 2007 on BBC One, in which 10 contestants compete for three weeks to 'escape from an exotic island'. It is presented by Caroline Flack and Reggie Yates.[1][2] The first series ended on 21 September 2007, a second is currently in production. The series is made by RDF Media for CBBC.[2]

The second and third series will be hosted by JK and Joel and will be filmed in Australia

Escape from Scorpion Island 2007 were the first annual competition. They began airing in the United Kingdom on September 3, 2007. The tournament would contain 10 contestants who would compete for three weeks to 'escape from an exotic island' named Scorpion Island. This island was actually an island based near Fernando de Noronha on the coast of Brazil.

There were two teams: Team Claw and Team Sting. The competition was to compete to win power plays to help the different teams in the last week and therefore win. The players were from all over the United Kingdom. It was presented by Caroline Flack and Reggie Yates.

As part of the show, two people in both teams swapped around in the ladder. It concluded on September 21, 2007 with the win going to Team Claw after the throat infection and an injury of team competitors on the Sting Team.
