"Escape Artists Never Die" is the third and last single off Funeral for a Friend's Casually Dressed and Deep in Conversation album. This single marked the first use of the DVD format for the band's singles; second being for the very-sought-after Monsters DVD Single. It charted at the 19th position on the UK singles chart just like its previous release, Juneau.

The single's b-side was first released as a Download Only single on January 15th 2004 along with its music video.
The single itself was released on February 2nd 2004 on CD, DVD and 7" Vinyl.

The music video shows two dancers dancing in front of the band performing in a big room. "You Want Romance?"'s music video was the sequel in the Trilogy originated with "Bullet Theory" and later followed by "Juneau (Acoustic)". In this video we see the faceless man stopping a woman in her car and driving away with him whilst they fall in love with each other.
