Esala Masi (born 9 March 1974) is a Fijian football striker, currently playing for Altona Magic in the Victorian Premier League in Australia. After the regular season, he joined Navua F.C. to compete in the IDC in his native country.
Masi is regarded as the best Fijian football player of all time, since he has played (professionally) in Australia for over 10 years. His cousin, Manoa Masi has also played in Australia and the national team.
Masi made his debut for the Fiji national football team in 1997 against New Zealand and has collected over 30 caps since, averaging almost a goal a game. He has captained the team on several occasions.
